The following makes about 4-5 litres when served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Cucumber lemonade is surprisingly full of flavour - and it's both refreshing and quenching<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucumbers<br>2 lemons (one for garnish, you can skip it...)<br>1 dl. bottled real lemon juice (or 3 more lemons)<br>4-5 mint stalks<br>2 dl. sugar<br>vand (2 dl + 5 dl)<br>possibly sparkling water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 2 dl sugar and 2 dl water into a small saucepan and boil until the sugar dissolves. Set aside (possibly cold)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash cucumbers and lemons thoroughly. Preferably lemons that have not been sprayed.<br>Grate the zest of one lemon into a blender jar or food processor. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon. Add 1 dl of real lemon juice or the juice of 3 lemons (I'm lazy and cheap, lemon juice is easier and cheaper)<br>Remove the leaves from the mint stalks and add them.<br>Cut the cucumbers into large cubes and add them to the blender. I keep the peel on, it adds lots of flavour.<br>Add water almost until it covers (about \u00bd litre) - blend very thoroughly.<br>Pour it into another container through a sieve (let it drip for a few minutes). You can also use cheesecloth. Add the sugar syrup.<br>If necessary, let it cool down. But if you are very impatient, serve with more ice cubes&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4c\/1\/16\/1f642.png\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" title=\"\">\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serving: Pour \u00bd dl. of the above into a glass, add 3-4 dl. water (possibly more, taste the first time until you know the flavour). I use sparkling water.<br>Add ice cubes and garnish with a lemon slice and some mint leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Good friends have told me that the cucumber lemonade can be used with both gin and vodka - try it!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Drink WITHOUT a straw (says the recreational diver who is sad to have to clean up the coral reefs...)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Om sommeren skal der masser af v\u00e6ske til &#8211; det meste skal v\u00e6re uden alkohol. Tils\u00e6t 1 dl \u00e6gte citronsaft eller saften af 3 citroner (jeg er simpelthen doven og n\u00e6rig, citronsaft er b\u00e5de nemmere og billigere)Tag bladene af myntestilkene og tils\u00e6t dem.Sk\u00e6r agurkerne i grove tern og h\u00e6ld dem i blenderen.
